Short Home or Office Yoga Practice

Tadasana (Mountain Pose)

**If you regularly practice handstand or L Pose, do it here**

Utthita Parsvakonasana (Extended Side Angle Pose) – do each of the standing poses on both sides and hold for 5 breaths each side
